Delicious hand pulled noodles and all of the dishes we ordered were very authentic. Broth was clear and felt homey, noodles had the signature hand pulled bite, the dumplings were also great with the skin just thick enough. Recommended the braised beef noodle but the traditional one was also very good. There was a long line when we went for dinner and seating inside can feel hectic but all round probably one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in QT.
Was passing by and was enticed by the chef hand-pulling the noodles. Love the open kitchen setting, you get to see the food prepared before your eyes. We ordered traditional beef noodles, dumplings and scallion pancakes. Everything was delicious! There are condiments on each table, chili oil included.đ¶ Perfect, as we love spicy soup/dip. The menu is both in English and Chinese complete with photos, relatively easy to order at the counter. While youâre at it, grab a drink by the fridge and pay in one go. đ
Good to see they have sugar-free choices of drink too. The soup spoons, small bowls (for condiments) and chopsticks are at the far end of the restaurant. Itâs like fast-food Chinese style, was surprised that our orders were served really quick! đ We came in hungry, and came out very full. The staff and chef were nice and friendly.
If you are craving for noodles that is fresh, handmade, & springy to touch, this is the place to go if youâre in QT.
Amazing food and service! If you love noodles, youâll love this place. The braised beef melted in your mouth, and the dumplings were a delicious appetizer. Highly recommend!
